Position: Specialist, Loans & Internal Transfers
Responsibilities:
Process 401(k) plan loans, including reviewing documents and performing reconciliations.
Manage internal plan transfers, such as account balances and investment allocations.
Apply knowledge of retirement plan rules to resolve issues with guidance.
Provide internal support for departments like Client Success and Customer Service.
Use internal systems and Microsoft Excel to handle loans and transfers.
Ensure timely and accurate management of assigned loan and transfer cases.
Contribute to improving department processes and adapting to regulatory changes.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. (Colombia time).
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Understanding of loan amortization schedules and compliance standards.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to follow through on processes and meet deadlines.
Multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
Bachelors degree (in progress or recently completed), or equivalent experience.
