We are looking for a Bilingual Inside Account Manager to join our LATAM team
Your mission will be to drive hardware and PC services sales in corporate, enterprise, mid-market, and public sector accounts, building trust-based relationships with customers and partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage teams
Maintain relationships with key clients, from purchasing to executive levels
Develop new business and grow the solutions portfolio
Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close deals
Plan account strategies and manage the sales pipeline
Perform cross-sell and up-sell to maximize profitability
Ensure an exceptional post-sales experience
Meet and exceed sales quotas
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
University degree
2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT (hardware/software/services)
Conversational English
Ability to build trust and negotiate with clients
Proactive, results-oriented profile with strong commercial skills
Familiarity with tools such as CRM, Power BI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (a plus!)
Knowledge in hardware and technology solutions portfolio, specifically computers and printers
COMPENSATION:
Fixed Salary: COP $3,920,000
Variable: COP $1,680,000
