About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will contribute to reviewing caregiver preferred hours, identifying open shifts with clients, and strategically matching these vacancies with caregivers to maximize their schedules and income.
Responsibilities
Review caregiver preferred hours in our Point-of-Care software.
Identify open shifts with clients and fill these vacancies based on client attributes and caregiver preferences.
Think analytically to optimize caregiver schedules, ensuring maximum coverage and client satisfaction.
Act as a business partner between caregivers, clients, and branch staff to ensure a cohesive experience for all parties involved.
Promptly inform the branch of any changes or client complaints in real time.
Provide constructive feedback to branch staff regarding caregiver performance, attendance, and client feedback.
Ensure all communication and documentation are precise, detailed, thorough, and timely.
Field inbound calls as necessary to assist our customer service team.
Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations, including Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Data Privacy Act (DPA).
Ensure compliance with Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and other audit findings.
Report security incidents and any identified security weaknesses.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma at minimum; Associates degree preferred.
Technical proficiency in utilizing scheduling software and generating reports.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
Call center or customer service experience is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 3,250,000 COP with a 250,000 COP bonus.
Schedule: 2 days off - 5 working days. Monday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., depending on availability and client needs (maximum of 40 hours per week).
Work arrangement: 100% on-site.
