Descripcion del empleo

We are looking for an HR Analyst with a strong focus on Employee Engagement to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building a positive workplace culture, strengthening employee connections, and driving initiatives that improve retention and satisfaction.
The HR Analyst is also responsible for overseeing the execution of daily operational and administrative HR tasks including processing termination documentation, managing payroll updates, maintaining accurate employee databases, fostering healthy workplace practices across departments, supporting wellness activities, and ensuring smooth HR procedures at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with leadership to design and execute employee engagement programs that enhance organizational culture and experience.
Develop and execute wellness activities, including sourcing providers, managing budgets, and bringing innovative ideas that improve workplace climate and operational performance.
Conduct 1:1 check-in with employees as needed, and promote initiatives to improve communication, recognition, and well-being.
Measure and report on the impact of wellness and engagement initiatives.
Support the design and execution of engagement programs, events, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Partner with HR leaders to promote a culture of belonging, recognition, and continuous feedback.
Manage internal communications channels to promote initiatives, events, and success stories.
Drive employee recognition programs (peer-to-peer, leadership-driven, milestone awards).
Ensure consistent messaging and branding that reflects company culture.
Draft, update, and deliver legal documents to employees in case of role or contractual changes.
Manage and respond to daily employee requests, inquiries, and complaints, providing guidance and support.

Requirements:

3 years of Human Resources experience, with proven expertise in engagement and wellness program management.
Strong understanding of Colombian labor law and payroll processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and team management experience.
Advanced English.
