Position Title: Intake Specialist
Location: Cali On site - Calle 22 norte 5B N- 102, Versalles, Cali
Availably: M-F 10AM to 8PM CENTRAL TIME. Workday: Full Time (FT)
MUST HAVE:
Experience: 1+ year in customer service BPO, Call Centers or similar
Languages: Bilingual B2+ / C1 (English & Spanish)
Job Description:
Document and resolve inquiries
Provide excellent client service
Pay close attention to detail
Retain and document client/provider info
Principal Duties:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing clients during scheduled hours.
Schedule and conduct 20-minute appointments to review credit reports.
Assist clients in navigating and understanding their credit reports, offering clear explanations and support.
Accurately record client information and interactions in digital systems.
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all communications.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Hard Skills:
Clear and fluent spoken English. Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers, video call platforms, and digital documents.
Ability to guide clients through credit report platforms and explain key elements.
Familiarity with credit report terminology and documentation (preferred)
Previous experience in customer service, outbound calling, or similar roles (preferred).
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Initiative and independence in managing calls and tasks
Attention to detail in handling client data and documents
