As an advisor, you will be the face and voice of our company, responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our clients. Your soft skills, technical knowledge of home services, along with your customer service experience, will help you excel in this role.
Your daily tasks will include addressing inquiries about invoices, clarifying doubts related to payments, one-time and recurring charges, and ensuring that our clients fully understand their monthly charge.
In addition, you will provide basic support for the operation of the platform and the service, as well as assistance through chat.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not mandatory
- Ability to provide basic support clearly
- Excellent communication and problem
