We are looking for a Bilingual Scheduling to join our team in Bogotá (on-site). Youll play a key role in optimizing caregiver schedules in the U.S. healthcare system, matching shifts with the right professionals based on client needs and caregiver preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
Review preferred hours from caregivers using internal scheduling software.
Match caregivers with open client shifts based on compatibility and availability.
Act as the key link between caregivers, clients, and internal staff.
Maintain accurate and timely records.
Provide timely updates on complaints, performance, or other issues.
Answer incoming calls and support customer service when needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma required (Associates degree preferred)
Fluent English (B2+/C1 level written and spoken)
Previous experience in scheduling, call center, or customer service is a plus
Comfortable working with computers and scheduling platforms
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
