At UnifyCX, we seek talented, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Retention Agents. If you have experience in customer retention within the telecommunications industry and possess an advanced level of English, we want to hear from you.
What were looking for:
Proven experience in customer retention in the telecommunications sector
English proficiency at a C1 level or higher
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A customer-focused mindset and a results-driven attitude
Role Details:
8-hour shifts starting between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Two days off per week
On-site position based in Barranquilla, Colombia
