We are currently looking for a Bilingual Collections Supervisor to join our team on-site in Bogotá.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as a Collections Supervisor in BPO is required.
Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of bilingual agents working on a collections campaign.
Ensure the team meets operational, quality, and productivity targets established by both the company and the client.
Oversee effective portfolio recovery in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation:
Base salary: 4,200,000 COP
Commission: Up to 800,000 COP
