Were seeking a highly organized and communicative professional with solid experience in project management to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives for the Innovation Department. This team is currently managing over 70 active projects focused on artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Youll play a key role in planning, executing, and advancing these transformative efforts across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Align project goals, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders and sponsors
Identify and engage key contributors in each initiative
Guide teams in Agile practices (Scrum) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles
Build and track project plans using Smartsheets and other management tools
Communicate responsibilities, confirm deadlines, and coordinate changes as needed
Facilitate meetings across departments and foster consensus in scope adjustments
Serve as the liaison between project teams and senior leadership
Monitor risks, blockers, pending decisions, and escalate issues appropriately
Perform other duties assigned by executive management
Education & Certification Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination roles
Proven background in large-scale or matrixed organizations (minimum 2 years)
PMP certification required (or willingness to obtain within the first year)
Scrum Master certification is a plus
Bachelors degree preferred
