Position Title: Data Entry
Location: Bogotá. On site los primeros 2 meses, luego hibrido
Shift days, hours and time zone: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST
English required:B2+/C1
Job description:  
We are seeking a full-time data management associate Heavy emphasis on:
· Must be proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VBA)
· Data entry, analytics, and formatting
· Must be able to speak directly with clients, both on the phone and through email with excellent written and oral communication skills
· Professional customer service skills/B2B · Strong time management skills
· Diligent with great attention to detail
· Must be comfortable with multi-tasking
· Shadowing and hands on training is available
· Excellent organizational skills and enjoys learning new skills
· Positive, team-focused attitude 
Responsabilities:  
· Interacting with asset managers at domestic and international financial service corporations
· Collecting and analyzing quarterly financial marketing data and compliance reporting
· Distributing end-market data to increase client reach and solicitation of new business.
