Responsabilities
What youll do as Trilingual Customer Service Specialist?
Support our payment plattform account through different means (Multichanell). CHAT, VOICE, EMAIL
Provide excellent service by being a good listener and having commercial skills attracting and persuading.
Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
Aim to resolve interactions on a first contact by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
Requirements
Who are you?
An advanced English speaker whos empathetic, responsible, and proactive.
An interaction expert with capability to handle voice-chat-emails channel.
A good listener who likes helping others by recognizing customer needs.
You have 1 year of experience in Customer Service Roles. (Certificated)
Enjoy:
42 hours per week - 2 days off (Tuesday and Wednesday OFF OR Thursday and Friday OFF).
Salary $3.441.000
Performance Bonuses 30%

Schedule
Training:
Monday to Friday 6:00 to 15:00
4 weeks TRN y 4 weeks OJT
OPS:
8:00 a 17:00
2 days off
