Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any field.
Prior BPO experience is mandatory.
Experience as a Quality Analyst is preferred.
English and Portuguese B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills.
Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and internet tools.
Knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
ISO / COPC certification is a plus.
Travel diploma is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance systems and procedures.
Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct transaction monitoring and calibrations.
Collaborate on action plans to raise quality standards.
Provide training needs identification (TNI) when required.
Prepare detailed reports and support internal audits.
Participate in quality and knowledge calibration sessions.
Ensure compliance with client and company quality expectations.
