About the Role
Were seeking a talented Senior Associate, Content Marketing to execute Vehos content strategy and bring our brand story to life across multiple channels. This role is the execution engine behind our content marketing efforts, turning strategic direction into published content that educates, engages, and converts our audiences.
Youll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of content creation, social media management, and editorial operations. Working closely with senior marketers and brand leaders, youll translate strategic vision into polished blog posts, social content, email campaigns, and thought leadership pieces that strengthen Vehos presence in the logistics and last-mile delivery space.
This is an ideal role for an experienced content marketer or journalist who excels at execution, thrives on organization, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work consistently.

Compensation:
$35,000 - $40,000 USD annually paid in COP.
The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company. This opportunity is based in Bogotá, Colombia, and offers the chance to partner with Veho as we expand globally. This engagement will begin under a contractor arrangement.
What Youll Do
Blog & Long-Form Content
Write, edit, and publish blog posts that align with SEO strategy and audience needs
Transform complex logistics topics into accessible, engaging content for shipper and driver audiences
Support product articles, case studies, and educational content based on strategic direction from brand leaders
Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to develop authoritative content
Ensure all content maintains brand voice, quality standards, and editorial guidelines
Campaign & Marketing Content
Write copy for email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials
Support thought leadership initiatives by drafting articles, LinkedIn posts, and executive content
Coordinate content support for integrated marketing campaigns with senior marketers
Adapt messaging for different audiences (shippers, drivers, partners) and channels
Contribute to sales enablement materials and customer communications as needed
Social Media Management
Organize and execute social media posting schedule based on the brand calendar
Manage content distribution across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, and emerging platforms
Create platform-specific content that drives engagement and amplifies brand messaging
Monitor social channels for engagement opportunities and respond appropriately
Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends
Employer Brand Management
Work with the Head of Brand to maintain positive brand presence
Gather and share driver and employee testimonials and success stories
Support recruitment marketing efforts through authentic storytelling
Editorial Calendar Management
Maintain editorial calendar and publishing schedules across all content channels
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely content delivery and approvals
Track content through production from ideation to publication
Manage content workflows and ensure deadlines are met
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track and report content engagement KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions)
Analyze content performance to identify trends and opportunities
Compile regular reports on content and social media metrics
Recommend optimizations based on performance data
What Youll Bring
Priority Skills:
Advanced-native ability in English (C1-C2 Proficiency) Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with mastery of grammar, style, and tone
Content Marketing or Journalism Experience 3-5 years of professional content creation experience with a strong portfolio
Strong Organizational/Project Management Skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and keep complex workflows organized
Additional Requirements:
Portfolio (or PDF of examples) demonstrating writing ability and style across diverse formats (blog posts, social content, campaign, etc).
Proficiency with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow)
Understanding of SEO best practices and how to write for search
Ability to translate technical or complex topics into clear, accessible content
Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality
Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally
Comfort with data and using analytics to inform content decisions
Preferred
Background in B2B SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or technology sectors
Experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and thought leadership strategies
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Figma)
Experience with content analytics tools (Google Analytics, social platform insights)
Understanding of paid social and how organic content supports paid efforts
AP Style or other editorial style guide expertise
