 Job Description Scheduler (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 44
English Level: 9.0 10.0
Education: Bachelors degree or above
Experience Level: Hyper Junior

 Role Summary
As a Scheduler, youll be the key link between caregivers and clients, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality service delivery. Youll manage schedules, handle referrals, support payroll tasks, and maintain accurate recordsall while keeping a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
 
 Main Responsibilities
Answer calls and handle inquiries with professionalism.
Coordinate caregiver schedules and client appointments.
Process payroll tasks and monitor telephony systems.
Maintain accurate documentation in ClearCare.
Make quick decisions and solve problems effectively.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff management.
Assist with marketing and public relations efforts.
Perform on-call duties and manage stress in dynamic settings.
Handle general office tasks and support operations.
 
 Skills & Qualifications
 Hard Skills
High school graduate or higher with 2+ years of business experience.
Proficiency in office software and scheduling systems.
Strong telephone and data entry skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
