What Youll Do:
- Be the friendly voice that welcomes new patients via phone and online portals.
- Guide patients through the onboarding process: collecting medical history, consent forms, and payments.
- Ensure all patient information is accurate and up to date in our EMR system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external practices to resolve any discrepancies.
- Help patients stay on track with their responsibilities and appointments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture.
What Were Looking For:
- English proficiency (C1 level) Youll be communicating with English-speaking patients.
- 13 years of experience in a similar administrative or scheduling role healthcare experience is a must.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
