What Youll Do:
Plan and manage schedules for caregivers, ensuring timely and efficient service to our senior clients.
Communicate with candidates and clients, primarily in English, so a clear accent and excellent communication skills are essential.
Collaborate with internal teams to assign resources and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Monitor timelines and adjust plans as needed to meet service standards.
Be the go-to person for any questions related to scheduling and availability.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in the BPO industry.
Strong English skills both spoken and written are a must!
Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
A kind and respectful attitude, especially when interacting with senior citizens.
Attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
