Were looking for a Salesforce Specialist Jr to join our team. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to both day-to-day support and ongoing platform improvements.
What Youll Do:
Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently
Configure and maintain Salesforce Lightning: flows, validation rules, permission sets
Translate user needs into scalable CRM solutions
Support long-term improvement and automation projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(Bonus) Work with integrations like HubSpot, Zapier, or Slack
What Were Looking For:
13 years of experience with Salesforce
Experience with Lightning components and admin tools
Strong problem-solving skills and a ticket closer mindset
Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
English B2 (Must have)
