About The Role:
As a Daytime Coordinator within the Pre & Post Route Operations organization, you will support driver partners with inquiries about payment, routes, accounts, and a variety of other topics. You will also support our Ground Ops and Logistics organizations, serving as a central support center for making necessary package and route adjustments live.
Compensation & Schedule:
- $7 USD per hour (converted to COP based on current exchange rates), we anticipate 40 hours of work per week. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
- We have schedules starting at the following times:
- 7 AM
- 11:30 AM
- 2:30 PM
- All schedules include work on weekends and holidays. Schedules include 5 shifts & 2 days off per week.
What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for driver issues and internal team needs
- Solve complex problems with a focus on detail to serve both driver partners and internal operations teams
- Respond to emails; review background checks and handle internal request tasks
- Assist, as needed, with responsibilities outside of the normal day-to-day tasks
- Work with Veho management to develop and implement new processes and improvements to existing processes
What You Bring:

- Ability to quickly navigate technology, multitasking with multiple systems
- Work well in a fast-paced environment that is, at times, has high incoming email/chat volumes
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Detail orientation
- Experienced with Zendesk, Chekr, Slack (nice to have)

This opportunity is based in Bogotá, Colombia and offers the chance to partner with Veho as we expand globally. This engagement will begin under a contractor arrangement.
