Position Overview
Own the low-code architecture that connects Google, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo, and other marketing APIs into unified dashboards (via Databox), automated ad workflows, and real-time social-moderation bots. Most builds center on n8n AI agents, but you’ll also tap tools like Supabase for storage, Notion for project management and documentation, and, when needed, a bit of classic code to create seamless, insight-rich experiences for our marketing team and high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Data Pipelines
Design and maintain n8n workflows that pull spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and Klaviyo email metrics into Supabase or other data warehouses.
Normalize disparate metrics to support unified dashboards in Databox or similar BI tools.
Ad & Post Automation
Build agents that automatically launch, pause, and optimize campaigns based on real-time ROAS or CPL thresholds.
Auto-generate creative variations (copy, images, video prompts) using OpenAI or similar models, and push them to ad platforms for testing.
Schedule and cross-post organic content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
Social Listening & Moderation
Create sentiment-analysis bots to flag, hide, or escalate comments and direct messages.
Route customer concerns to Zendesk or Slack channels with complete context for faster resolution.
Stakeholder Enablement
Translate marketing challenges into practical low-code solutions, and provide proposals with ROI estimates.
Document user guides and changelogs in Notion, and lead workshops to enable the Growth team to maintain workflows without engineering support.
Quality & Performance
Implement testing, logging, and alerting systems to ensure automation stability as APIs change.
Continuously improve data models for faster refresh rates and more accurate attribution.

Required Hard Skills:
n8n – expert at building multi-step agents, scheduling workflows, handling webhooks, and calling external APIs.
Marketing APIs – hands-on experience with at least two of: Google Ads, Meta Marketing (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Klaviyo; comfortable with OAuth flows, rate limits, and payload debugging.
JavaScript / Node.js – write custom functions or standalone micro-services when n8n nodes aren’t enough.
SQL & Supabase/PostgreSQL – design schemas for high-velocity marketing data, optimize queries, manage RLS policies.
Project Management & Documentation (Notion) – structure workspaces, kanban boards, and dashboards that keep marketing stakeholders aligned.
HTML/CSS – polish UI components, embed charts, tweak styling.
Version Control & CI/CD – Git-based workflow for shipping updates without downtime.

TikTok Ads API, Reddit Ads, or Amazon Advertising integrations.
OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude for ad-copy generation or image/video synthesis.
Real-time analytics tooling (e.g., Tinybird, ClickHouse) for live dashboards.
Social-commerce integrations (Shopify API, WooCommerce).
Brand-safety and policy-compliance best practices in automated moderation.
Hands-on digital-marketing campaign management (you’ve personally launched and optimized paid/organic campaigns).
