Recruiter & HR Specialist – Nearshore Staffing (Colombia)

We are hiring a Recruiter/HR Specialist to handle end-to-end talent acquisition for JPG Nearshore Staffing. This person will source, recruit, onboard, and coordinate with finance/legal partners.
Responsibilities:
- Post and manage job listings (CompuTrabajo, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Build talent pipeline through networking and events, not only postings.
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.
- Oversee onboarding, contracts, payroll handoff, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with third-party legal and accounting partners.
- Manage terminations and offboarding when required.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruiting.
- Strong bilingual communication (English–Spanish).
- Familiarity with modern sourcing (LinkedIn, professional networks, events).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple processes.
- Comfortable working with third-party partners for compliance and payroll.
