Position: HR Data & Performance Analyst
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Data & Performance Analyst woith experience supporting learning and development programs. To join our Human Resources team. This role will play a key part in analyzing workforce data, tracking performance metrics, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret HR-related data, including recruitment, turnover, engagement, and performance indicators.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced Excel functions (Power Query, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, macros).
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify trends and areas of opportunity for improvement.
Support the implementation and monitoring of KPIs for Learning & Development, Employee Experience, and other areas.
Disponibility or experience supporting learning and development programs.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all HR systems and reports.
Prepare clear and concise reports for stakeholders, using visuals and storytelling techniques.
Communicate findings and insights in English at a B2 level with international stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a data or performance analyst role, preferably in HR.
Advanced Excel skills (mandatory). Experience with Power BI or other data tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
English level B2 (Upper Intermediate), able to understand and present information clearly.
Experience with HRIS systems and talent analytics tools is a strong advantage.
