Position: Performance Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Performance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and tracking KPIs for various administrative and back-office departments, preferably in organizations related to sales and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement performance indicators for administrative and operational areas.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced Excel tools (Power Query, PivotTables, formulas, and macros).
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of KPIs across departments.
Assist in the development and follow-up of learning and development initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reports.
Prepare clear, data-driven reports using visuals and storytelling techniques for easy understanding.
Communicate findings and insights in English (B2 level) with international stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in a performance or data analyst role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory). Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
English level B1B2, with the ability to understand, communicate, and present information clearly to international teams.
