Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to senior leadership. This role demands impeccable communication abilities, keen attention to detail, and proven experience in both operational coordination and client-facing interactions.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm/ ON SITE
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks and cross-functional initiatives.
-Manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, and optimize scheduling logistics.
-Act as a liaison for internal communications and departmental follow-ups.
-Take and organize meeting notes and track associated deliverables.
-Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation for review.
-Support executive workflows and ensure time-sensitive tasks are handled with discretion.
Duties :
-Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
-Prepare agendas and materials for meetings and presentations.
-Monitor and follow up on action items and deadlines.
-Assist in travel planning, expense reporting, and logistics coordination.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of executive initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications :
*Hard Skills:
-Advanced English proficiency: superior written and verbal fluency required.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in administrative support and direct client-facing roles.
-Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite).
-Strong organizational and documentation skills.
