Requirements:
1+ year of experience in customer service (CSR)
English proficiency (C1)
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing scenarios and work independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and emails professionally
Provide support and resolve customer inquiries regarding purchases and products
Maintain accurate records and follow up on cases
Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
Collaborate closely with the team to meet service goals
Hours per week: 40
On-site role with possibility of hybrid (3 remote days, 2 in office) based on performance.
