Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Medellin, Bogota, Bucaramanga
Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday within these schedules are available.
08:00 -04:30
09:00-05:30
10:30-07:00

Job Description:
We are a phone company providing support to customers with distance services, line issues, and billing questions. The role primarily involves handling inbound calls, but occasionally includes email or call-based projects from the client. Youll also manage tickets received via email and work with a collaborative, supportive team that values growth and long-term commitment.

Responsibilities:
Take calls and assist customers or create tickets during those calls
Transfer calls as needed
Assist with general service questions
Respond to incoming calls, emails, faxes, and mail from residential and business customers
Maintain satisfactory attendance for scheduled hours and meetings
Research and resolve inquiries regarding telephone services, billing, and rates
Place tickets when necessary
Perform other responsibilities related to the customer service department

Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience as customer service representative
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Willingness to learn new processes
Team player with a positive attitude
Strong understanding and empathy
Fluent English skills (B2+ to C1 level)
