Position: Customer Service Representative - Intake Specialist
Schedule: Fixed schedule! See the possible schedules below:
Schedule 1: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Thursday and Friday OFF.
Schedule 2: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday OFF.
Schedule 3: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Tuesday and Wednesday OFF.
Schedule4: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Saturday and Saturday OFF.

Key Responsibilities
Client Screening and Qualification
· Conduct intake calls to understand client needs, gather critical information, and assess eligibility for services.
· Evaluate cases with attention to detail and discretion.
Closing Deals
· Use persuasive communication and sales skills to convert qualified leads into active cases.
· Aim to meet or exceed intake targets and conversion metrics.
Retention of Treating Patients
· Address patient concerns, monitor satisfaction, and promote long-term engagement with our services.
Problem Solving & Case Support
· Identify roadblocks during intake and collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements in process and experience.
Administrative Support
· Handle data entry, document organization, and overall management of intake files and communications.
Client & Legal Liaison
· Act as a bridge between clients and legal/medical partners to ensure smooth and transparent case transitions.
Qualifications
· While 12 years in a client-facing, administrative, or sales-related role is ideal, experience is not a strict requirement.
· What matters most is your attitude, your ability to communicate clearly, your empathy, and your skill in connecting with others and converting leads.
· English fluency is required.
