Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: Barranquilla and Medellin Modality: Hybrid. After the training period, you will work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, resolving their inquiries and ensuring an exceptional experience.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Answering customer inquiries via calls, addressing topics such as purchases, order status, product information, and any other concerns.
Providing high-quality service, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Staying up-to-date on our products and procedures, and keeping abreast of industry trends.
Collaborating with quality and training teams to continuously improve your performance.
Communicating proactively with your Team Lead, Quality Advocate, and Manager to ensure your professional development.

Requirements

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in customer service.
Schedule availability: Ability to work Monday through Sunday, with availability between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. Two days off per week will be assigned.
Key skills: Professionalism, proactivity, and excellent communication skills.
Knowledge: Ability to manage business information and knowledge to provide accurate and courteous support.
