We are seeking a Marketing specialist. Consultative sales for the jobs platform. B2B role for consultative sales of advertising packages to other companies. We are looking for people with at least one year of certifiable knowledge and experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, persuasion, and have effective communication skills.
What youll be doing:
Analyze leads data base
Develop marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, email, etc.).
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and sales teams.
Manage campaign timelines and budgets
Manage SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
Optimize content for search engines.
Track metrics like KPI, CTR, bounce rates, and conversions.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
B2 + / C1 English level.
At least 6 months of certified experience in marketing.
At least 6 months of certified experience in any other knowledge area (BPO, professional areas or technical areas).
Proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.
