Your Role
As a Bilingual Loyalty Expert, your mission is to deliver high-level customer service experiences, focused on loyalty programs and customer retention strategies. You will manage inquiries and provide expert-level guidance to customers, helping them maximize the benefits of their loyalty programs.
· Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone.
· Guide customers on loyalty points, benefits, redemptions, and account updates
· Solve concerns efficiently while delivering empathetic and personalized support
· Represent TPs world-class standards in every interaction
What Were Looking For
· Language Level: C1 90% conversational English
· Education and Work Experience Requirement: High school diploma (Bachiller)
· Availability: Full-time (40 hours/week)
· Skills & Qualities:
Strong knowledge of loyalty or rewards programs
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Customer-centric mindset with emotional intelligence
Problem-solving and active listening abilities
Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple systems
Basic computer literacy
