Were looking for Bilingual Customer Service Experts to support customers in the U.S. healthcare and insurance sector, working with one of the most respected companies in the industry.
Your Role
As a Bilingual Customer Expert, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For
Education and Work Experience Requirement:
High School Diploma.
Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
Skills & Qualities:
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Conditions:
English B2 (80% fluency)
42 hours per week
Schedules: Training: 7:00am to 16:00pm / Operations: 7:00am to 18:00pm/ 2 days off
Salary: COP $2.315.000 + performance bonuses
Hiring Bonus: COP $1,000,000
