Project Manager – Multifamily Real Estate Project (6100 Pinemont, Houston TX)

Date posted: August 5, 2025
Pay: 4,000,000 – 5,000,000 COP per month
Location: Remote from Colombia (occasional travel to the U.S.)
Contract: Full-time / Project-based
Reports to: Developer & CEO

Project Context

This is a strategic, viable, and urgent project: the development of an 18-unit multifamily building in Houston, Texas. The land, blueprints, and structuring are ready, with lenders already interested. What is missing is not potential, but disciplined execution.

Role Objective

Take full ownership of the 6100 Pinemont project, with an immediate focus on preparing and submitting the loan package to identified lenders, managing the financial model, and ensuring operational progress.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare all loan documentation (loan package), including financial projections, construction budgets, and schedules.

Build and manage the financial model (returns, costs, cash flow, scenarios).

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and city permits.

Act as the main contact with lenders, banks, lawyers, and project advisors.

Maintain and monitor the project timeline, ensuring milestones are met.

Manage key reports and documentation in English and Spanish.

Support presentations and executive reporting related to project progress.

Ideal Profile

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Construction, or related fields.

- Previous experience in construction, real estate, or financial structuring.

- Proficiency in Google Sheets, advanced Excel, and G-Suite.

- Fully bilingual (Spanish/English, written and spoken).

- Highly disciplined executor, with autonomy and accountability.

- Preferably with experience in financing processes and loan submissions to banks/lenders.

Role Expectations:

- Key Priority: Execute with full ownership and discipline across the entire cycle (loan application, financial management, contractors, reporting).

- Fluent English: Required for communication with city offices and suppliers.

- Organization: Deliver structured reports and updates (not random calls/emails).

- Resilience: Ability to persist until results are achieved (banks, permits, contractors).

- Versatility: Dedicate ~20% of time to support staffing services (e.g., landing page, positioning) to assist the Ortiz family visa process and generate additional revenue.

This Role is NOT for You If:

- You need daily instructions to perform.

- You have no experience with financial models or budgets.

- You struggle to handle pressure and tight deadlines.

- You cannot communicate professionally in English with lenders.

What We Offer:

- Project-based contract with possibility of continuity.

- Competitive compensation.

- Remote flexibility with a results-driven approach.

- Opportunity to lead a real estate project in the U.S. and grow professionally.

How to Apply:

- Send your CV and include a short note answering:

- Why are you interested in this project?

- What past experience prepares you to lead it?

- What systems or tools do you use to stay organized?
