We are looking for a Virtual Legal Assistant to support a U.S.-based attorney and law firm. This full-time remote role requires strong communication skills and a working knowledge of personal injury litigation.
System Requirements:
• Quiet home office, PC.
• High-speed wired internet connection.
• Availability for video calls and email responses during work hours.
Essential Skills:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish), fluent spoken.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Ability to multitask.
• Professional phone and email etiquette.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Licensed attorney with 2+ years of law firm experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat.
• Previous experience in personal injury law is a plus.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $900–$1,200 USD/mes
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
Compensation & Terms:
