We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Acquisition Specialist to focus on acquiring new Small and Medium Business (SMB)
Experience:
24 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition, preferably in digital advertising or technology sales.
Strong consultative selling and prospecting skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable working with CRM and sales automation tools.
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Prospecting and lead qualification

Communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and resilient mindset
Preferred:
Experience working in or with Microsoft Advertising or similar platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Knowledge of SMB market dynamics and challenges.
Previous experience in a delivery partner or agency environment.
Conditions:
Salary: $5.400.000 with bonus up to 15%
