Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Columbia Sportswear
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional, friendly, and efficient support via phone, chat, and email regarding purchases and products from the Columbia Sportswear brand.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and empathetic manner.
Provide support and effectively resolve queries related to purchases, orders, and products.
Maintain accurate records and ensure thorough follow-up on all customer cases.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Ensure a positive and exceptional experience in every interaction.
Requirements

Language Fluency: Native or advanced (C1 level) English proficiency is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role, preferably in a bilingual environment.
Skills: Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
Details and Logistics
Location: Carrera 53 76 - 115, Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia.
Schedule: 44 hours per week with 2 consecutive days off.
Hours of Operation: Availability required between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Sunday (shifts will be scheduled within this window).
