Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in a hybrid role. You will be responsible for delivering world-class customer support via chat and phone interactions, primarily focusing on resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires fluency in English and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

What Youll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

Efficiently and Professionally Manage inbound customer interactions via chat and phone calls in both Spanish and English.
Be the First Line of Support for customer inquiries regarding product status, account issues, system access, and the purchasing process.
Quickly Resolve Issues by offering easy solutions such as processing refunds and arranging reshipments.
Ensure a Positive Customer Experience in every interaction, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Maintain Accurate Records of customer conversations and ensure proper case tracking within our system.
Collaborate Closely with team members to uphold service standards and meet collective objectives.

What Youll Bring (Requirements)

Fluency in English (B2+ level required). Applications will only be considered from candidates who meet this language requirement.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role, preferably in a bilingual environment.
Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with a proven ability to handle challenging customer situations.
High Adaptability and the ability to work flexible hours and navigate different situations efficiently.
Proactive and Independent work style with a strong problem-solving attitude.

Compensation & Perks

$3,000,000 COP
Performance Bonus
Up to $150 USD per week based on performance metrics.
Location
Murano (Calle 40 sur 41-44), Envigado.
Work Model
Hybrid (3 days Home Office / 2 days On-Site, based on performance and training schedule).
Hours
40 Hours Per Week. Availability required Monday to Sunday, within the window of 10 AM to 12 AM (Midnight).
Time Off
2 Scheduled Days Off per week.
Breaks
30-minute paid lunch break.
Transportation
Company-provided transportation for shifts ending after 9:00 PM.
