Manual Quality Assurance Specialist (Remote)

About the Role
We are looking for a Manual Quality Assurance Specialist with strong analytical and communication skills to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
This role requires attention to detail, curiosity, and a structured approach to testing web and mobile applications.
Fluency in English is mandatory, as the position involves collaboration with international teams and documentation in English.
Experience or familiarity with automation tools is considered a strong plus.
Responsibilities
Design, execute, and document manual test cases based on functional and business requirements.
Identify, report, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (such as Jira or ClickUp).
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expected behaviors.
Participate in QA reviews, sprint planning, and release validations.
Conduct regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing documentation.
(Optional) Assist in test automation setup or script maintenance if experienced.
Requirements
Strong command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in manual testing for web or mobile applications.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Experience with bug-tracking and project management tools (such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp).
Attention to detail and ability to reproduce complex issues.
Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or test data management.
Nice to Have / Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Postman for API testing.
Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.) for test automation.
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments.
