Role Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is focused on engaging potential clients, booking meetings for our sales executives, and providing support with order management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to qualified prospects with the goal of scheduling meetings for our sales team.
- Assist with order management, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM.
- Work closely with sales representatives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Previous experience in logistics or sales is a plus.
