Role Overview
We are seeking a Software Lead Engineer or Senior C# Developer with a high English Level (C1) to communicate with native Board Managers and build applications from the ground up, troubleshoot complex issues, implement new features, and provide technical leadership to a team of web, systems, and mobile developers.
Key Responsibilities
*Design, develop, and implement applications using C# and .NET.
*Build and maintain RESTful APIs with ASP.NET MVC / Web API.
*Test, debug, and optimize software to ensure reliability and performance.
*Lead and mentor a team of developers across web, systems, and mobile.
*Recommend improvements to existing software products.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional prototypes.
*Contribute across the full project lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support).
Required Qualifications
*Technical:
Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework.
Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
Must-have: hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Proven experience building REST APIs with ASP.NET MVC-Web API.
Exposure to frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
Practical experience building pages with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Basic familiarity with unit testing.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

Ability to gather and synthesize stakeholder requirements into functional deliverables.
Strong self-management, goal-setting, and ownership.
Comfortable working across multiple phases of a project and collaborating in a team environment.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional software development experience. Is a plus cloud platforms and noncomplex User Interface frontend.
