Requirements:
University degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data analytics.
Proven experience in the design and implementation of AI-based or intelligent automation solutions.
Solid knowledge of Python, SQL, and concepts of Machine Learning and Process Mining.
Leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Availability to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand customer business processes to identify opportunities for improvement through AI and automation.
Design innovative and scalable solutions that integrate machine learning, process mining, and predictive analytics.
Lead teams in the efficient and high-quality execution of digital transformation projects.
Translate business requirements into actionable and measurable technical solutions.
Participate in strategic meetings with clients, supporting pre-sales processes, proposals, and value presentations.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities that strengthen client relationships.
Ensure quality deliveries, compliance, and high-impact results.
Contribute to the growth of the consulting area by promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
