Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Healthcare Sourcer to help us identify top nursing talent for travel, acute care, and ambulatory assignments across the U.S. This is a remote, full-time opportunity ideal for someone with experience in recruitment and a passion for the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for nursing roles (ICU, ER, OR, etc.).
Manage multiple job requisitions with high attention to detail.
Use ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques to build strong pipelines.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing goals.
Stay updated on licensing and credentialing requirements across states.
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience sourcing healthcare professionals (travel nursing preferred).
Familiarity with ATS and VMS platforms.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
High English proficiency (C1C2).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule
MondayThursday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM EST
Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST
