Training Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch Eastern. Note: On March 9th, there is daylight saving time, so please inform them to move their schedules 1 hour ahead.
Start Training Date: March 7th
Operations Schedules: 9 AM - 9 PM, 7 days a week, with 2 days off throughout the week. The days off can be consecutive or non-consecutive. Se trabajan 44 hrs semanales- 100% PRESENCIAL

Remu: 3M (1.950.000 base prestacional + 1.050.000 auxilio extralegal)
Role for Each Agent: The official title is Team Member. They will support written (email, possibly chat in the future) and voice (Amazon Connect) inquiries from fans about purchasing tickets for FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and World Cup 2026.
