Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of financial reports, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger maintenance, while providing support to our clients in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures
- Provide bilingual support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Requirements:
- 1-years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Fluency in both English (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
