Job Offer: Bilingual Sales Agent (Call Center)
Location: Barranquilla/ Colombia
Position: Full-Time base salary + commissions
Language Requirement: English level B2 or higher
We are looking for motivated and dynamic Bilingual Sales Agents
to join our growing call center team! If you are passionate about sales, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell our products/services. Understand customer needs and provide accurate
information and solutions. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. Accurately document interactions and update customer records in the system.
Requirements: English proficiency: B2 level or above (will be tested). Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Previous experience in sales or call centers is a plus. Availability to work full-time in rotating shifts. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
