We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and effective solutions to their inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Document customer interactions in the system.
Follow company guidelines and service protocols.
Collaborate with other teams to improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Previous experience in customer service or call center (preferred but not required).
Problem-solving skills and empathy.
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
