Main Responsibilities:
• Connect with our clients by phone and email
• Schedule calls with licensed health insurance agents
• Follow up and send reminders for policy renewals
• Assist in collecting client documents
• Make calls and send emails to current clients
Contract: Fixed-term, directly with the company
Schedule: Between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) – Monday to Friday
Location: On-site in Barranquilla
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Minimum of six months of experience in customer service, sales, and/or healthcare within the last four years.
Strong interpersonal skills; self-motivated and results-driven.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn proprietary software.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
