About the Role
We are seeking a Backend Engineer with deep WordPress expertise to become a key member of our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will help craft scalable, high-performing, and secure WordPress Websites that power the growth of all our brands.

Youll collaborate closely with designers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver modern digital experiences that reflect our brand values and field excellence while setting the standard for quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, and core).
Implement and optimize APIs and backend integrations with third-party systems (Dynamics CRM, marketing tools, etc.).
Ensure site performance, scalability, and security best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing WordPress installations.
Collaborate with designers and frontend developers to ensure seamless integration and fidelity to the UX/UI vision.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Perform regular website updates, backups, and monitoring.
Contribute to process improvements and technical decision-making within the team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer or WordPress Developer.
Proven expertise in WordPress architecture, plugins, and theme customization.
Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and REST APIs.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend integration.
Experience with version control (Git) and modern development workflows.
Understanding of website security, caching, and optimization techniques.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in English (spoken and written).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SEO and analytics integration.
Must haves / Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiables)
Proven expertise in WordPress architecture, plugins, and theme customizatio, Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and REST APIs.
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Prior experience with CRM or marketing automation integrations.
