Are you a conversation starter with a passion for growth? As an SDR at 4M Building Solutions, youll be the spark that ignites new client relationships. Youll lead strategic outreach, uncover business needs, and introduce organizations to the value of our servicesall while building a strong pipeline and driving revenue.
What Youll Do:
Prospect & Connect
Outbound calls, emails & LinkedIn outreach
Respond to inbound leads with speed & precision
Research new accounts using sales intelligence tools
Collaborate & Represent
Partner with Sales Executives for smooth handoffs
Attend industry events & support booth prospecting
Share market insights with sales & marketing teams
Track & Report
Use Salesforce to manage pipeline & KPIs
Meet weekly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings)
Maximize ROI through campaign follow-up
What You Bring:
12 years in sales, business development or lead generation
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or communications
Strong communication skillswritten & verbal
CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through

Cold outreach & multichannel prospecting experience Executive-level presence & confidence Experience in janitorial or facility services industry Trade show prospecting exposure
English Level: 9.010.0 (Fluent) C1
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent
