Your mission:
You'll lead both commercial and operational strategies related to our payment gateways. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient financial processes, resolving issues quickly, and strengthening relationships with key partners in the payments process.
Your key responsibilities:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with payment suppliers such as PayU, D.Local, Stripe, PayPal, Mercado Pago, and others.
-Train and support commercial teams to help them make the most of our digital payment solutions.
-Design and implement strategies to improve agility, security, and efficiency in our financial operations.
-Negotiate strategic terms with vendors to ensure a scalable and sustainable operation.
-Solve operational issues quickly and with a technical mindset.
-Teamwork with internal areas such as IT, Finance, and Commercial to implement innovative payment solutions.
What we're looking for:
-A degree in Finance, Business, E-commerce, International Trade, Data Science, or related fields.
-At least 2 years of experience managing payment gateways, PSP reconciliations, digital payments, or banking operations.
-Technical knowledge in transaction management and proven experience negotiating with financial service providers.
-Strong skills in communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management.
-Intermediate Excel skills.
-English level B2–C1.
Position details:
-Location: Medellín and Bogotá
-Work mode: 100% on-site
-Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
-Salary: Depends on experience (competitive based on your experience and skillset)
