Work on site in Bogotá.
Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, and motivate the team of bilingual agents assigned to the collections campaign, ensuring compliance with the operational, quality, and productivity goals set by the company and the client. Ensure effective portfolio recovery management in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational guidelines.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Salary: 3400000 + commissions.
